Landscape and Water features:
The Center boosts a large area dedicated to landscaping and water fountains, pools and so on.
Indeed it has over 5000sqm of garden, greens and water features making it number one commercial site with such pleasant facilities and park like spaces.
Retail and Commercial Storage
There are various areas located in different floors that will be used for commercial storage. The areas are large and spread throughout the site,. We shall be locating these storage areas in the next round of correction of registrations.
Parking:
There are two major parking spaces with a total of nearly 6000sqm of parking space plus the ability to park on the main road through the project if and when required.
The Northern car park is used for permanent and longtime stayers and the Southern Car Park is used for the customers and shoppers. The fact that a large number of shoppers are from the nearby buildings would mean the use of the car park for those living in the nearby towers and residents do not happens as much leaving the outside shoppers more space to park.
Engineering and Electrical Facilities:
Hormozan Shopping Center uses the latest in the heating, cooling and air-conditioning facilities and design. Two 200 tons direct Fire Absorption located on the roof and the four pipes (two to go and two to return) enables the system to deliver any temperature at any given place regardless of the time of the year.
The number of Elevators, Escalators, Public Amenities and Lavatories in every floor, Consideration for Handy Capped and Goods Elevators are just a few to name.
The use of fire extinguisher and sensor placed throughout the building with 2 water storage of 45000L/each and Poster Pumps takes care of the need for water throughout the site.
The whole building is under B.M.S. system making a smart building site and fully under electrical security and control.
Mechanical Facilities.
Given the earlier design that provided an space of 300sqm with height of 11 meter on one hand and the changes in the technology in recent years enabled the operator to place the water system in middle of the project and use the roofs to put the direct fire absorption air conditioning systems freeing the space allocated to be used for other requirements.
This will therefore provide the project with almost 1000 sqm of floor space in the heart of the Hormozan Shopping Center to use for storage, admin, entertainment hall and gym to name a few.
