Two 200 tons direct Fire Absorption located on the roof and the four pipes (two to go and two to return) enables the system to deliver any temperature at any given place regardless of the time of the year.

The use of fire extinguisher and sensor placed throughout the building with 2 water storage of 45000L/each and Poster Pumps takes care of the need for water throughout the site.
The whole building is under B.M.S. system making a smart building site and fully under electrical security and control.
