Phase 3 (Southern)
This is the largest phase compromising of 43 shops. This phase occupies over 2000 sqm of commercial space and has various access from north and south. The exact size of shops and commercial areas are listed in the Table Phase-3 South
Phase-3 (Northern)
This phase is located on the third level and the main area of center. It occupies an area of 1200 sqm and has 14 shops with several other areas that will be turned into commercial spaces suitable for restaurant and coffee shops. The exact size and locations of the shops are listed in the Table-Phase-3 North.
Phase-2
This phase is currently has five areas described as storage spaces but the additional steps has taken place to turn this area into food-court with possible devilment to add children play ground or amusement section when the amendments of usage takes place.

Phase-1
This is an area located in the northern entry of the Shopping Center covering an area of 2000 sqm made up of 25 shops. In the map provided, the approximate location and size of each shop is visible and for exact size and other details please refer to the table called Table-Phase/1
